What you give us

The demo request form collects only what you type into it: your name, your company, your work email address, optionally what hardware you are running, and optionally any notes you add. Nothing else.

What we do not collect

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party trackers. We do not record your IP address, approximate location, browser user agent, or the page that referred you. There is no advertising pixel on any page.

To cut down on fake submissions the form checks whether your email domain has mail servers configured. That is a DNS lookup of the domain only — we do not contact your mail server or verify that the individual mailbox exists.

How it is used

Your submission is emailed to our team and used solely to arrange and follow up on your demo. It is not used for advertising, and it is never sold or rented.

Who else handles it

Form submissions are delivered by Resend, our email delivery provider, who processes the message in order to send it. Once delivered, it lives in our company mailbox.

Product data stays on your site

Separately from this website: AIM itself runs entirely on your premises. Controller data, tags, alarms, project files and drawings are not transmitted to us and never leave your network. Requesting a demo does not give us access to anything in your plant.

Keeping and removing it

We keep demo requests for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the conversation. To have yours deleted, email info@epic-systech.com and we will remove it.
